Lead small development teams in a test-driven, paired programming environment. 
Projects included cloud migration and maintenance of Audi of America's Inventory
Management System, backend development of the House of Vans iPhone App, and a 
complete redesign of The North Face's website across multiple countries and languages.

Contracted to develop web applications with Ruby on Rails, both individually
and with an existing development team.

Xylem Interactive, Denver, CO
Worked individually and in teams building and maintaining sites for Red Robin,
Best Buy, US Cellular, Jimmy Johns, and Jack Link's Jerky.  Development
included Ruby on Rails, PHP and Java Spring for both Flash and HTML websites.

2/04 - 1/06
Creation Chamber, Denver, CO
Completed dynamic Flash development projects, using Flash Remoting, XML, and
socket communications.  Built web application for automated deployment of sites
using Java Spring and Apache Ant.

Built Linux shared and dedicated hosting infrastructure, and development
environments.  Installed and configured internal source control, defect
tracking, and development infrastructure.

Helped plan and execute Windows 2000 migrations for Point Beach and Kewaunee
Nuclear Power Plants, including configuration and maintenance of Active
Directory, deployment of Cisco networking equipment, and scripting installation
of desktop applications.

Designed and developed an Intranet application for performance evaluations
using Classic ASP and MS-SQL Server.
